We are extremely excited to announce that industry veterans Laszlo Korsos and Ron Kornfeld have joined the rideOS Advisory Board.
Laszlo joined rideOS as an advisor after he saw the opportunity to extend sophisticated optimization ideas in all areas of the broader mobility market.

Laszlo is currently the SVP of Data & Analytics at Realtor.com where he and his team are transforming the entire home buying experience. He is also the founder of HeadRace, the leading headhunting and executive search firm for top Data Science and Quantitative talent. Previously, he held leadership roles at Flexport, Citadel, Uber, after starting his career at Goldman Sachs.
Most notably, at Uber, Laszlo started and built the company’s Marketplace Data Science team which ran all of the company’s dynamic pricing, rider/driver matching optimization, UberPool pricing and matching, and UberEats pricing and matching. He received a PhD in Econometrics and Statistics as well as an MBA and MS in Computer Science from the University of Chicago.
Ron Kornfeld, an eight-and-a-half year Amazon veteran, led three startup business organizations during his tenure at the company. He was Head of Worldwide Business Development for Transportation Technology, where his team was responsible for deploying the technology supporting Amazon’s One Hour Prime logistics service. Following that, Ron was Head of Worldwide Business Development for Alexa Auto, where he worked with OEMs to build an ecosystem to extend Alexa’s extraordinary in-home customer experience to an on-the-go service.
Ron is currently CEO of XLIO Ventures, a fund that builds made-to-order startups for the world’s leading technology companies.
